Valery Golubev and Nikolai Dubik Re-elected as Members of Gazprom’s Management Committee

The Gazprom Board of Directors held a meeting in absentia.

The Board of Directors reelected Valery Golubev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee and Nikolai Dubik, Head of the Legal Department as Members of the Gazprom Management Committee for another five-year term starting from April 18, 2013 and from June 16, 2013 respectively.
