Vladimir Kobychev Became the New Head of Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk
He worked in the structures of Gazprom for 22 years
Vladimir Kobychev, who had worked in Gazprom’s structures for 22 years, was elected General Director of Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk. It is reported by “Gazprom”.
From 2018 to 2023, he held the position of Deputy General Director for the production and treatment of gas condensate, oil at Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy, and then became Deputy General Director for Production.
Anton Dzhalyabov, who previously headed the company, has been appointed to the position of Deputy General Director – Chief Engineer of Gazprom Neft.
Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk is a 100% subsidiary of Gazprom. Main activities: production and treatment of gas and gas condensate. Production facilities are located in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Kamchatka and Yakutia.
