  • Young Specialists of RITEK Are Recognized as the Best in LUKOIL

    The title of “Best Young Specialist of PJSC LUKOIL” following the results of a corporate competition was awarded to Ilya Kupaev, Leading Engineer of CITS, and Danila Agapov, operator of the control panel in oil and gas production, TsDNG SEVER. Both specialists work in the Samara division of RITEK (part of the LUKOIL Group).

    When summing up the results, professional potential, scientific and technological achievements and social initiatives of employees were taken into account.

    Ilya Kupaev became the winner in the nomination “Technologist for the production and treatment of oil and gas”.

    An active participant in the pilot project to introduce a system of continuous improvements, the author of a rationalization proposal in the field of steam cycle treatment, the winner of the first round of the XXIII All-Russian competition “Engineer of the Year – 2022”, the winner of the RITEK scientific and technical developments competition, Ilya Kupaev is a member of the Council of Young Specialists. He is fond of playing team sports – football and volleyball.

    Danil Agapov became the best in the Mechanical Engineer nomination. Started working at RITEK in 2021 as a Category 3 oil and gas production operator. Now she is pursuing her higher education at the Samara State Technical University and is actively moving up the career ladder. Danil leads a sporty lifestyle, is a participant in regional boxing competitions, has high achievements in municipal football tournaments, and is a permanent member of the corporate football team.

    The age of about a third of RITEK LLC employees is under 35 years old. The Company has a comprehensive program for working with youth, which provides for adaptation, mentorship, organization of work practices and training, involvement in innovation and scientific and technical activities. Publicly significant initiatives, social actions are held with the direct participation of the Council of Young Professionals.​
