Zoltav Resources: Erlind Holdings Limited Acquires 4.48% of the Company

Zoltav, the CIS-focused oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that it was notified on 12 January 2015 that on 9 January 2015 Erlinad Holdings Limited (“Erlinad”), a company which is ultimately wholly beneficially owned by Mr. David Davidovich, acquired 6,353,568 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). As a result of this transaction Erlinad is interested in 6,353,568 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.48 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.

Zoltav was also notified on 12 January 2015 that on 9 January 2015 Matteson Overseas Limited (“Matteson”) disposed of 6,353,568 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.48 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital. As a result of this transaction Matteson no longer holds any Ordinary Shares.
