TAGRAS Invested About 1.1 Billion Rubles In Social Programs And Charity
In 2023, the Holding allocated 150 million rubles to charity. The volume of investments in social support for workers and their families amounted to 850.9 million rubles.
The priority is to improve the standard of living of all categories of employees of the Holding’s enterprises: from young professionals to retirees. In 2023 “TAGRAS”:
- indexed salaries and payments under the collective agreement,
- launched a bank mortgage program,
- continued the implementation of the social mortgage program.
Salaries at TAGRAS Holding exceeded the average for the Republic of Tatarstan in 2023 by 41%. Today the Holding unites 17.4 thousand employees. According to Lenar Nazipov, General Director of TAGRAS Holding, the main tasks facing the management of the divisions are targeted support for certain categories of employees and their families, the creation of effective and safe jobs, providing employees with high-quality and timely medical care, and continuous professional development.
