Mikhail Yakovlenko, Sistema-Service: Enhancing Competitiveness of Products and Services Through Innovation and Quality
Deputy Director for Marketing and Sales of a division of TAGRAS Holding, Mikhail Yakovlenko, on the development plans of Sistema-Service Group in 2026.
– Mikhail Valeryevich, as of the beginning of 2026, the active client base of the Sistema-Service division includes more than 150 customers. Which areas are you developing?
– Today, the geographic presence of the Sistema-Service division covers 15 regions of the Russian Federation. We also operate in near and far abroad.
As for business areas, in 2026 we are focusing on ESP services and pressure maintenance, drilling services, manufacturing and repair of oilfield equipment, as well as cable products.
– In 2025, the division had a strategic objective in the ESP service segment, aimed at maintaining the current well stock and extending existing contracts. Did you succeed?
– Yes. Moreover, Sistema-Service successfully met all financial and operational performance indicators last year and fully implemented its business plan.
In the coming years, we are targeting active development in the West Siberian region. Participation in tenders is planned at the assets of NNK, Gazprom Neft, Rosneft, and a number of other companies.
– What foundation does the division have in the region for this?
– In 2025, we acquired a production base in the region. Currently, installation of technological equipment is underway there. This decision will reduce the division’s costs and increase competitiveness in Western Siberia.
I would also note that expanding the ESP service market will allow us to involve the division’s subsidiaries engaged in the manufacturing of oilfield equipment and submersible cables, ensuring full utilization of production capacities and improving overall group performance.
– Mikhail Valeryevich, the Sistema-Service division is also well known in Russia in the field of drilling services. What trends do you observe in the market?
– In the development of drilling services, there is a clear trend toward transitioning from separate bit and motor services to integrated комплексный service. Under this approach, priority is given to contractors capable of providing a full range of services with their own production base. We intend to develop in this direction and are considering various options to participate in tenders and expand our presence in the integrated services market.
– For example?
– There are several possible paths. The most promising include establishing a partnership with the geophysical division of TAGRAS Holding to jointly provide telemetry support services.
In addition, to expand our market presence, we are actively working on developing new products and services. For example, we successfully passed an audit by Gazprom Neft for compliance with the use of energy-efficient equipment. Such solutions contribute to the division’s development under conditions of high uncertainty.
– Mikhail Valeryevich, what tasks is Sistema-Service focusing on in 2026?
– First of all, ensuring planned sales volumes of key product lines and services. We are systematically working to expand our geographic presence both in Russia and in international markets. This is a strategic objective set by the Holding for its divisions.
The division’s enterprises are focused on reducing customers’ operating costs. And, of course, we will continue to enhance the competitiveness of our products and services through innovation and quality.
