  • ROGTEC on the Road…

    KIOGE 2009
The yearly trip to Almaty and KIOGE was another success for the team at ROGTEC Magazine. With a smaller than usual number of magazines attended due to the current economic climate, the Team had more time to spend with current and potential clients. KIOGE also welcomed an unusual exhibitor this year, International House London. IH London is a leading school of languages and teacher training in the heart of London. Their Executive Centre is highly effective in providing specialised English training for businesses and for professional people. The Centre can work in any industry sector but have recently developed a strong reputation in the Oil and Gas industry.

At KIOGE, IH London’s Director of Business Development, Mr Duncan Jackman was visited by the British Minister for Higher Education, David Lammy. Mr Jackman was able to brief the Minister on a new project which IH London is proud to announce with TCO Chevroil in Atyrau.

    3p Arctic 2009
ROGTEC Magazine also had commitments as a media partner at the 3p Arctic conference and Exhibition in Moscow at the beginning of October. Held at the Gubkin State University on Leninsky Prospect, the show was a good showcase of current exploration technologies and was well attended by leading geophysical companies such as Ion, TGS-Nopec, PGS, Polarcus plus many more.
