Rosneft Divest its Shares in LLC POLAR LIGHTS COMPANY

Rosneft announces the closing of the transaction for the divestment of 50% shares of LLC POLAR LIGHTS COMPANY.

The deal was implemented on favorable terms for the Company and fully complies with Rosneft strategy aimed at the optimization of the assets’ portfolio. In accordance with the confidentiality agreement the parties do not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
