LUKOIL: Acquires 25% Interest in the Marine XII Project in Congo

PJSC LUKOIL announces the closure of the acquisition of a 25% interest in the Marine XII project in the Republic of Congo from New Age M12 Holdings Limited. The transaction was closed after all suspensive conditions were met, including the approval of the government of the Republic of the Congo.
