MudVisionRT by HYPROTEC Demonstrates High Efficiency Under High Vibration Loads
As a result of successfully completed pilot industrial trials, the MudVisionRT hardware and software system demonstrated high efficiency and reliability at the customer’s site.
The automated drilling fluid monitoring system was commissioned on December 23, 2025, showing a high level of correlation with conventional testing methods in the range of 97%–100%.
During the trials, technical challenges related to monitoring drilling fluid parameters under conditions of high vibration loads and voltage fluctuations at the rig were identified and successfully resolved (97% uptime). These tests confirmed MudVisionRT’s ability to operate in harsh environments, ensuring stable and accurate measurement of drilling fluid rheological parameters.
The trial results demonstrate the high efficiency and reliability of the MudVisionRT system, confirming its strong potential for widespread application in drilling automation and control. In the near future, HYPROTEC plans to release an extended automation solution for drilling fluid parameters, with further test results to be announced.
