Gazprom Neft Will Accept More Than One Thousand Students for Internships

Gazprom Neft is recruiting interns for fields, refineries, research centres, and IT clusters — from geotechnicians to data analysts. Students work at operating facilities and participate in projects of federal scale — from the development of Arctic fields to the modernisation of oil refining.

At its fields, Gazprom Neft accepts geologists and geophysicists, oil and gas specialists, and electricians. The technosphere safety field is especially in demand — these employees work at the intersection of environmental protection, occupational safety, and industrial safety. The company also welcomes students of specialised disciplines — for example, geotechnicians who work with industrial facilities in permafrost zones. For all those who go to the fields, the company will cover travel costs, provide accommodation, and meals for the entire internship period.

At refineries in Omsk and Moscow, future specialists will learn to manage modern oil refining processes and study digital control systems. Chemistry students will test the quality of gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum products in real laboratories.

In the company’s offices, research centres, and IT clusters in St. Petersburg and Tyumen, internships will be undertaken by students of economics, marketing, logistics, procurement and construction, and IT. On vessels — specialists in navigation and communications, marine electricians, and mechanics. Everywhere, students will be accompanied by mentors who will help them master their profession and adapt to the team.

Students and graduates of Russian universities and colleges annually name Gazprom Neft as one of the best employers in industry. This is confirmed by the results of the Best Company Award and FutureToday rankings, based on surveys of more than 20 thousand respondents. Internships at the company often become the first step toward future employment. All interested applicants can submit a form in the “For Young Professionals” section on the company’s website.
